What is IdeaStorming?

Simply put, IdeaStorming is when ideas, concepts or business models are stormed by iDEASiNPUT™ independently with an aim to simultaneously find problems as well as solutions within a specific field. IdeaStorming is considered as an early stage search technique for discovering problems in order to future proof the idea or concept being worked on.

IdeaStorming also generates and initiates unique, diverse and sometimes extravagant ideas which bring many long term benefits to a project.

By IdeaStorming, many use cases are discovered. This means you can fully utilise each one in multiple ways and across different spheres.

As IdeaStorming is a process carried out independently, there is less chance of influence from other entities, which in turn has a more focused & direct approach and as a result it becomes less complicated and in most times it proves to be effective.

What is BrainStorming?

BrainStorming is a technique where groups of people get together and contribute ideas for possible solutions to solve a problem.

Members will add multiple ideas & suggestions in a single session. Sometimes these ideas can be contradicting and overlapping, but the aim is to hear all ideas & suggestions from members and pick the best ones to apply to the subject at hand.

Many organisations and businesses use BrainStorming techniques to find solutions for issues within a particular area or to find solutions for certain business models that are facing difficulties either before or after they are launched.

BrainStorming can be beneficial as it could easily create a chain of ideas. One member can initiate a new idea from another member's previous contribution and in a short period of time those ideas can turn into an effective solution or grow into a fully tangible concept, or alternatively a concept can quickly turn into a feasible project.
